“Cupping” is the way professionals call the act of drinking coffee for the sake of sensing the nuances

of its taste ๐Ÿ™‚

I am also trying to do that ๐Ÿ™‚ as an amateur waiting for the possibility to attend some course. Since I

am just beginning, I thought to search if there are some guidelines to evaluate coffee, and I found

there are all kinds of templates, with questions that help providing a “standardised” evaluation of the

coffee.

Each set of questions has a different level of depth. Right now, I decided to go for a template with

average degree of detail for my daily tasting experience ๐Ÿ™‚

When you decide to have coffee in the morning or you find a different / new place and decide to

taste a cup of coffee, it is not easy to remember and define all the aspects of the coffee tasting,

especially if you are a beginner in “professional” coffee drinking and still need to give shape and

system to my huge experience as coffee-lover ๐Ÿ™‚

Moreover, enjoying your time with coffee is priceless, so it is better to balance the trade-off between

detailed report and enjoying your cup of coffee with friends or even just with yourselfย ๐Ÿ™‚
